Earthlink Webmail IMAP Settings
- Incoming Mail Server: imap.earthlink.net
- Incoming Port Number: 143
- Outgoing Mail Server: smtpauth.earthlink.net
- Outgoing Port Number: 587
Earthlink Webmail POP Settings
- Incoming Mail Server: pop.earthlink.net
- Incoming Port Number: 110
- Outgoing Mail Server: smtpauth.earthlink.net

Connect Earthlink to Outlook using IMAP
- Start Outlook
- Go to the File and click on the Add Account
- Choose Manual Setup or additional server types option and click on the Next button.
- Choose the POP or IMAP option and click on the Next button
- In User Information, enter the name and email Address
- In Server Information, choose IMAP as an Account Type
- Enter imap.earthlink.net as an Incoming mail server
- Enter smtpauth.earthlink.net as an Outgoing mail server (SMTP)
- In Logon Information, enter your EarthLink email address and password
- Click on the More setting button
- Go to the Outgoing Server tab and select My Outgoing Server (SMTP) requires Authentication checkbox
- Select Use same settings as my incoming mail server
- Go to the Advanced tab and enter 143 as the Incoming Server (IMAP)
- Enter 587 as the Outgoing Server (SMTP) and select SSL from use the following type of encrypted connection dropdown
- Click on the OK button and click on the Next button.
- Once the testing process gets completed, click on the Close button.
- Click on the Finish button to exit from the window.
Configure Earthlink to Outlook Express using POP
- Open Outlook Express
- Click on the Tools menu and select Accounts
- Click on the Add button and select Mail
- Enter Name and click on the Next button
- Enter Earthlink email address and click on the Next button
- Select POP3 from My incoming mail server dropdown
- Enter pop.earthlink.net as an Incoming Mail server
- Enter smtpauth.earthlink.net as an Outgoing server and click on the Next button
- Enter Earthlink email address and password
- Select Remember password checkbox and click on the Next button
- Click on the Finish button
- Select Account and click on the Properties
- Go to the Servers tab and Check My server requires authentication
- Click on the Settings button and select Log on using
- Enter the email address, password, select Remember password checkbox and click on the OK button
- Enter 587 as an Outgoing Mail (SMTP), click on the Apply, and click on the OK button
