These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website https://www.syscurve.com (the “Website”) and our software products (the “Software”). By accessing our Website or using our Software, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Software Licensing

a. Grant of License: Upon purchase, SysCurve grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software according to the license type you purchased.

b. Restrictions: You are prohibited from renting, leasing, lending, sublicensing, reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, modifying, or creating derivative works based on the Software.

c. Ownership: All intellectual property rights in the Software and its documentation are owned by SysCurve Software.

3. System Requirements and Compatibility

You are responsible for verifying that your system meets the requirements listed on the product page. Unsupported operating systems, missing dependencies, or restricted permissions can affect results and are not considered software defects.

4. Format Limitations and Expected Behavior

File formats are not equal in capabilities. Some properties and structures do not exist in certain formats (for example, MBOX does not store Outlook-specific properties such as rules, categories, or certain flags). When converting or exporting to a format that does not support a feature, that feature cannot be preserved. This is expected behavior, not a software fault.

Results can also vary when source files are corrupted, encrypted, incomplete, or non-standard.

5. Support and Diagnostics

Our support team may request diagnostic logs, screenshots, or a short screen recording to validate technical issues. Where needed, we may request a sample file for testing. If data is sensitive, we can provide an NDA or use a remote session where you control access.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee subject to the conditions in our official Refund Policy. Refund eligibility depends on technical verification and cooperation with support.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SysCurve Software shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of data, profits, or business interruption). Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software license.

8. Termination

This agreement is effective until terminated. SysCurve may terminate this license if you fail to comply with these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Nainital, Uttarakhand.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The revised terms will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
