Step-by-Step Recovery Guide

Follow these five simple steps to find and restore your lost multimedia files.

Step 1: Select Scan Mode

Download and install the SysCurve Photo Recovery software. Open the tool, select the “All Multimedia Files” option, and click on the “Next” button.

Step 2: Choose Drive and Scan

Select the drive (internal or external) from where you want to recover files and click the “Scan” button to begin the quick scan process. If recovering from an SD card or USB drive, ensure it's connected to your computer.

Step 3: Preview Recovered Files

After scanning, the software will list all found files. You can browse them via “File Type,” “Tree View,” or the “Deleted List.” Select any photo, video, or audio file to get a full preview before recovering.

Step 4: Use Deep Scan (Optional)

If the quick scan doesn't find your files, use the “Deep Scan” option. This performs a more intensive search to find even fragmented or long-lost files.

Step 5: Recover and Save Your Files

Select the files or folders you want to restore and click the “Recover” button. Choose a safe location on a different drive to save the recovered items and click the “Start Saving” button.
