Follow these five steps to export your GroupWise mailbox, including emails, contacts, and calendars, to the PST format.
Step 1: Add GroupWise Mailbox
Download and install the SysCurve GroupWise to PST Converter. Launch it, click on the “Add GroupWise” option, and choose your connection method: Default, Online, Caching Mailbox, or Remote Mailbox Path.
Step 2: Load Archive Mailboxes (Optional)
To include archived items, check “Show active items” and select your archive path. Click OK, then select the mailboxes you wish to process and click OK again to load the data.
Step 3: Select Items for Export
Choose the “Outlook PST Export” option. In the preview panel, select the specific mailboxes or folders you want to export and then click the “Next” button.
Step 4: Configure Export Options
Provide a target folder where you want to store the converted PST file. You can also set a password with the “PST Password” option or filter data using “Incremental Export”, then click Next.
Step 5: Start and Finish Conversion
Choose any item types you want to exclude from the conversion. Click the “Next” button to begin the migration. Once the process is complete, click the “Finish” button.
